Conveyancing Services for English-Speaking Clients
A Dedicated Conveyancing Team
Buying or selling a property in Spain can be daunting, particularly if you are unfamiliar with Spanish law, procedures, or the language. At our legal firm in Huércal-Overa, we provide clear, practical, and reliable conveyancing services for British, Irish and other English-speaking clients, with a strong focus on transparency and personal support.
Our objective is to ensure that you fully understand the process, feel legally protected at every stage, and can proceed with confidence from initial enquiry through to completion.
Conveyancing matters are handled personally by a small, experienced team who work closely together:
Ana Eva Torrente Parra
Ana Torrente has over 15 years’ experience practising law in Almería and Murcia. She is fully qualified as both a solicitor and barrister in Spain and has extensive expertise in Spanish property law, land registry matters, planning regulations, and notarial procedures.
Ana has advised a wide range of national and international clients on property purchases and sales, ensuring that transactions are legally secure and that clients’ interests are protected at every stage.
Emily Rose
Emily Rose works as part of the conveyancing team as both a conveyancer and the main point of contact for English-speaking clients. She brings over 10 years’ experience as a professional interpreter and more than 4 years’ experience in conveyancing, assisting clients with property transactions in Spain.
Having moved to Spain at a young age and built her professional career here, Emily understands both the Spanish and UK systems, as well as the cultural and practical differences that can cause uncertainty for clients. Her role is to ensure that all aspects of the transaction are explained clearly in English and that clients feel informed, supported, and reassured throughout the process.
